How long does implant treatment take?

What happens when I return to iDental for the crown?
Once the specialist confirms the implant is ready, we take a digital scan and arrange a crown designed for the space. At fitting, we check its appearance, fit and bite before securing it to the implant.
Will the crown match my other teeth?
We plan its shape, shade and position with the neighbouring teeth and your bite in mind. The achievable appearance depends on your starting anatomy and the implant position, so an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
How do I care for an implant crown?
Clean around the crown and implant as instructed and keep up with regular dental reviews. The gums and supporting tissues still need care. We will show you suitable home-cleaning techniques and discuss an appropriate review schedule.
What if an implant is not suitable for me?
An implant is one option for replacing a missing tooth. Depending on the condition of your teeth and your preferences, a bridge, denture or another plan may be worth discussing. We will explain the benefits, limitations, costs and risks of the suitable options before you decide.
